KPM was founded by Shaun O'Hagan 2 years ago with one basic principle in mind.  To teach small businesses to think and work with a big business mentality.  No, not the sorts of bad habbits that big business does that often puts them out of business, like spending fortunes on brand positioning and other nonsense like that.  What big businesses do tend to do well, which is why they do become successful, is they define and refine solid sales processes.  They know where their customers are and they know what systems and methods to put in place to get them and keep them.
